Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)
A free federal nutrition program providing healthy foods via an EBT card, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and community services for eligible women and children.
Who Is Eligible: Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, women who have recently delivered, and infants and children under age 5. Those currently receiving Medicaid, Food Stamps, or TANF qualify automatically.
